Chief Engineer, Commercial Systems

Tom Bochenek is responsible for the practical task of managing the progression of EcoMotors creations into production. His education and career experience make him ideally suited for that assignment.

As an engineering program manager at Ford Motor Company and Roush Industries, he has proven to be adept at taking complex projects from concept through to manufacturing Job #1.

His expertise includes developing total program objectives, assessing resource requirements, managing costs, and ensuring that products meet Job 1 manufacturing timing, all with a consistent focus on quality and teamwork.

Mr. Bochenek holds a Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering and a Masters degree in engineering management from Wayne State University in Detroit.
